Problems with this plugin

Hello I have several problem with this plugin I hope someone can help me o give me the solution.
My website where I have this plugin is http://www.armeriacastro.es
the cookies usage information appears on the screen but once you pass the cursor over it , the screen becomes smaller hiding some information , being hidden links and buttons , so it is not possible to touch the button more information or close , also you can not touch the link to more information on our cookies policy.
The other problem I find when I use the mobile, in this case all the information about the cookie appears but if you touch any of the buttons either close or more information, the banner still appears always.
Anybody can help me?
