Download File Location

    I’m trying to export my woocommerce products to update download URL’s. When I ran the export with your software, the download URL and file location fields were all empty. When I look in woocommerce, there is definitely data in the download file location.

    I have been running woocommerce since prior to 2.0. and I recall that something changed with the download file formatting at 2.10 or something. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I would appreciate your help in figuring this out.

    Hi viwickam, just cleaning up old topics, this sounds like a corrupt WooCommerce upgrade as there were significant changes to how Downloads were stored as Post meta against Products but we detect which version of WooCommerce you are using and load the required data based on the version. If this is still relevant please bump this topic 🙂
