    Hi there,

    Just to explain why that’s the case quickly. When you create a Give form, it creates it as a single “post”. All of those “posts” can be listed on an “Archive” page, just like your Posts are. The url for that Archive page is “donations”. This is how WordPress works in general.

    Now, the best way to avoid the url schema that WordPress creates for Custom Post Types is to go to “Donations > Settings” then the “Display Options” tab and check both “Disable Form Single Views” and “Disable Form Archive” and then use the Shortcode on a normal page with whatever title you like.
