Exclude some images

I’m just wondering how to go about excluding some images i.e. only apply the plugin to large full-width images and leave smaller feature images as standard images. I’m well aware of the current scenario with double-downloading etc (experiencing this in Chrome 44 as well), so this could at least be avoided for small images (even the larger ones are of course the bigger issue).
I love the plugin and think this can be the future, especially with avoiding the manual sizing of the images. Great work!
