[Theme: Argent] header size

Hey there mebond,

How are you doing today?

I’ve checked the theme and header looks the same on all pages on my sandbox site so I’m not really sure what happens on your end.

Would you mind posting link to your site where I can see this so we can try to figure this one out?

Hey again mebond,

There is some top/bottom padding added on that image only on home page which is the reason it is not displayed on other pages, you can change that by adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if your theme doesn’t have custom CSS tab add it in your site using the following plugin:

@media screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.site-branding {
    padding: 7.75em 0;
}
}

Hey again mebond,

As I mentioned above alternatively you can use http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css plugin, once the plugin is installed and activated you can add the code in your admin in Appearance -> Custom CSS.

As for child themes you can check this tutorial: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-create-wordpress-child-theme/.
