same here , i am using the version 0.9.7.2. but there is no options to display the flags .downloaded from here http://transposh.org/download/
@manojrudra just select the proper widget style when you place it, if it does not work, contact our support

The pointed route is correct http://www.yogazenther.com/wp-content/plugins/transposh-translation-filter-for-wordpress/img/flags/us.png but somehow the plugin appers to be broken.
