spam comment

    Hi,
    I don’t need help per se, rather I want to try and understand what is going on.

    I had a comment which I have been able to get rid of going into my cpanel. There was no way to get rid of it, every time I clicked ‘spam’ or ‘trash’ it would disappear for a second and then reappear.

    I got rid of it and then within hours, it is back there again! I have gotten rid of it again, but am expecting it to come back. 🙁

    Is there someone out there doing this to me?? I can’t understand why it has happened twice now, and how.

    It would be great if someone understands what is going on, and can enlighten me.

    Is it the same one? It could be a bug that’s caused by a plugin or your theme.

    Try deactivating all of your plugins and switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to see if the issue persists.

    If this is a person (unlikely) then you have a larger problem to worry about. You will have been hacked.
