Translation is not Working

    Hello,

    I’m using a child theme from Espied, with POedit I’ve translated the .PO file included it in the language folder. I’m using a spanish version, giving es and es-es filenames, and included both into the espied parent theme and child theme that I’ve created.

    But it doesn’t work, words like Edit, and the menus or comments still in english.

    Did you convert your .po file into a .mo file? The .mo file is the one that WordPress is able to read.

    The files should be named es_ES.po and es_ES.mo.
