    I’d love to help you, but first I need to see a publicly accessible URL of the page on your site where you’re seeing the problem. Please note this is not the address of your home page but the address of a page which has the AddThis buttons installed on it.

    Hi balex66,

    Have you tried sending the email? The email popup won’t show the actual custom template that will be sent, but it should work once it’s received by the recipient.

    I went to your website and shared it via email service and the custom email template is working for me without any issues. Here’s the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/q2rhgLG.png.

    No I didn’t try sending the email. I find it very odd that users won’t have any idea what message they are sharing that way.
