    Hi, I’m trying out the free version and would like to clarify a few things before going ahead and making some add-on purchases…

    1. Is it posisble to include our own content within the popup using visual composer? I’d like to be able to show content that is present in visual composer if possible.

    2. Is it possible to change the font sytle, etc without having to do css customizations? I find the ready-made templates to be too flashy and not inline with our theme style (thin font-weights, font-colors, etc. I’ve checked the box that says take the style fromt he theme but it’s not. Anyway to be able to control the style without having to override everything with css?

    3. In terms of targeting, you fall quite short of WP popup maker. They have page type, category, taxonomy, referrer, page parent, page template, mobile phone, tablet, etc…. How many of those do you offer?

    4. In regards to the Geo targeting, how is that implemented on your end? how is geography figured out? What type of targeting is possible (country, region, city, etc..)

    5. Is it possible to control the entry anumation of a popup? How about the opacity color?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Please find my answer below.

    1. Visual Composer: We have not tested with visual composer plugin, so we cannot say whether it will work or not.

    2. Without CSS customization: To change style you need to override the css. There is no other way to control it.

    3. Targeting: We have a “Targeting Rules” section inside campaign where you can target both devices and Pages / Post / category etc. To target Pages / Post / category etc. you have to add the URL in “Specific URLs on this site”, even URL supports wild card which makes the work easier. Click here to check out our blog on wild card targeting.
    To target devices, you can select the devices from “Devices” option.

    4. Geo Targeting: Based on visitor IP, we do IP lookup in database and match locations with the saved values inside campaign. If location matches then campaign will display otherwise it wont display the campaign. You can target continent, country, city, region or IP address.

    5. Popup animation and it’s control: Our upcoming version will have animation feature for message types but there is no such option to control the opacity color.
