Could you pls check your Spam folder. Sometimes email from WordPress marked as spam.
Also, our plugin used standard WordPress wp_mail() function, that sometimes has issues with specific email addresses, i.e. not gmail etc. In this case you can try to setup some 3rd party plugin for SMTP mail settings. It should help.
In additional, you can test our form on our demo site – it works via SMTP.

Hi I checked my spam folder and it is not there. I’m not exactly understanding what you are saying with the SMTP. Please elaborate.
