Hi,
I had updated to 10.0.3, cannot activate Disqus Conditional Load plugin and all “any link” in admin will also redirect to xxx/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?page=disqus and failed (“The page isn’t redirecting properly” in browser page).
I had try deactivated all the plugins, except WooCommerce and WooThemes Helper plugins, to activate Disqus Conditional Load plugin also same problem as above mentioned.

Now I cannot activate. Activated will caused the admin all link to redirect error.
I think I not yet configure it the your plugin. This is my 2nd website (development site at maintenance mode).
The front end was working without activate your plugin.
Can you please update and check? I have released a new update now.
