Theme Sidebar Error

I`ve installed WP2.3 but my theme side bar showing an ERROR :

“WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ” at line 1]
SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM”

I`ve deleted the database and reinstalled wp 2.3 but the result was same.

I`ve contacted my web host for technical support and they investigated the matter. They told me that every thing is ok from the server end and advised me to contact a web developer.

Please look into my blog sidebar at http://datinguniversal.com/blog/ and suggest the way.

I think there is something in the code to be changed in the side bar.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
