    Hi,

    Please, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the settings of your form, and press the “Save & preview” button. The previous action displays a popup windows with the form. In this case are loaded only the resources of our plugin.

    2. Submit the form from the popup windows.

    If the form is submitted correctly, the issue should be caused by a conflict with another plugin installed in your WordPress, in whose case I recommend deactivate the other plugins, one by one, until identify the plugin is causing the malfunction.

    If you don’t find the cause of issue, do not hesitate in send me the access to your WordPress, through my private support page, and to check it by myself:

    I followed the step 1. But when i fill in the pop-up it won’t send the email either. Also both forms aren’t going to the thank you page.

    Could you send me the access to your WordPress to check if exists of a conflict with another plugin installed in your website, and check your form’s settings, please?

    I see,

    but now my form is sending two e-mails? And the Dealer Activatie form isn’t going to the thankyou page either..

    Hi,

    I’ve tested the form in the webpage:

    http://www.ebike4all.com/dealer1

    and I have received the notification email, and have been redirected to the webpage:

    http://www.ebike4all.com/bedankt-dealerformulier/

    Remember, if you use the same email address in the public form, and the attribute: “Destination emails” in the form settings, you will receive two emails, for notification and confirmation.
