Adjusting Form Width

Hi,

I currently have my from in a column, and it is not taking up as much width on the page as I want. The form is pushed close up against my other column. Is there a way I can create separation between the two columns, and/or widen the form? Are there formatting settings that can be adjusted on the form, like centering? Here is my code on the page below:
