Could you please share more details such as website url, WordPress version etc.?
I’m using the latest available WordPress version and I have a multisite, so I’ve activated normal mode on English site and “on scroll” on Polish site.

Please go to your Disqus settings and check External Javascript Files option
And uncheck Server-Side Rendering option
Both options were unchecked, I checked the External Javascript Files option. It seems to be working now.
