Problem with the font

I tried to change font of my blog but Arial, Verdana and Tahoma seem to be bold and different from classic fonts: http://www.miglioripc.it/index.php/2015/07/28/wordpress-resources-at-siteground/
Is it normal? Must I buy the original font which I can see in Microsoft Word?
