I tested created box, he appeared. But after 3 times testing and publishing it, it doesn’t appear anymore:(
I delete all cookies and browsing history, the box is published and nothing:(
What should I do to make it visible?
I use Thewenty Fifteen theme, inside box only 2 shortcodes – subscribtion and social icons.
I was having this trouble also, and discovered you cannot set a box’s appearance for 0% of page height. May solve your problem.
Hello Lifeinbigtent, I would request you to always create a separate ticket for your issues instead of piggy backing. While most issues look same, they are different. Creating your own ticket in this forum will help us ask you specific questions and get to a solution.
@ezbren, I checked your website but due to the number of caching mechanisms activated it’s bit hard to test your code. I would suggest disabling them so it becomes easier for us to find out what the issue is.
