That’s something we’ll be adding to Community in the near future. Right now that exists only in the Enterprise Reports, but we do want to put checked in ‘status’ column on the standard report. It’s in our backlog for future release.

If you want, join our mailing list on http://opentickets.com and we let people know when new features are added to Community or any Extension.

Thank you so much for the quick response and an amazing product! It is meeting our needs an then some and couldn’t be happier. Enterprise is a bit much for our needs at the moment and I appreciate your continued willingness to add things to Community. We have also purchased GAMP and Display Options.
    Can’t thank you enough!

    Hey @marshpaddler,

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying OpenTickets, as well as the GAMP and Display Options extensions. It is always an awesome feeling to get positive feedback for your work. Thanks for the complement, and if you have not done so already, a rating of our plugin on our WordPress.org plugin page expressing your feelings is always welcomed.

I did want to clarify one thing about your question, and the answer we provided. The basic display of the seating report, in the admin -> OpenTickets -> Reports screen, does show when a user is checked in. Normally, if the user has simply paid for their ticket, the ‘Status’ column (the last column in the table) will show ‘Paid (confirmed)’. Once the user has been checked in, this status changes to read ‘Checked In (occupied)’. What Quadshot explained was that the status column does not currently appear in the CSV of the report, and the task of getting that added to the CSV version of the report is in our backlog.

Again, thank you for your kind words, and I hope we can continue to impress.

    @loushou,

Thanks so much again for always being on top of our questions.

I did just find something interesting that can be problematic with what you describe in the ‘Status’ column. I went to my test instance and purchased three tickets for an event. Ran the report and it obviously shows the order number, etc. and my quantity of 3 as Paid. I then Checked-in one ticket and re ran the report. It them changes as you said to ‘Checked In (occupied)’ as you said. Wonderful!

However it changes the details of that order line to Quantity ‘1’ as i only checked in one ticket. As I checked in the other this number does in fact clock.

The issue for me would be that report gives a false sense of the quantity of tickets a purchaser has if only a partial number of tickets are checked in at any given time.

one more fact as I continued testing. The behavior follows ‘ticket type’

For example: I purchase 2 adult, 2 student, 2 senior. Report displays 2,2,2 for that order number.

Check in 1 senior the report then displays 2,2,1.

    Hey @marshpaddler,

The way the report should work, is once you have checked one in, if there are more remaining that have not been checked in, the report should provide an extra line showing the ones that have not checked in yet.

To be clear, in your first scenario, when you purchased 3, and checked in 1, the report should have two lines for this order. One line should indicate that the order has 1 ticket checked in. The other line should show you have to tickets paid, but not checked in.

If this is not what is being shown, please double check it, then tell me immediately, and I will move that up in the queue for priority for the next thing to be resolved.

    Loushou,

It is behaving as I described. I just double checked. When a single ticket is checked in that entry gets deprecated to the number of checked in tickets for that order type. It does not add the line.

    Thank You!
