Sub-folders link

When i create a subfolder and click on it on the website, it opens up a random document post instead of the folder with the documents inside.

When you click on the Student Support Fund folder, it should contain 3 documents, however it opens another document that I uploaded? The documents inside are set to public and i have tried when logged in as the admin and without, still nothing.
