You are connecting to a server that requires STARTTLS, but your security is set to none.
Please use the Setup Wizard if you are unfamiliar with SMTP.

I set the security . but this is time it is saying unable to connect via TLS..
I found another friend facing the same problem.. i am also using a test server wamp on my windows system..

WAMP is a web server. It is not an email server. You will need to install an email server, or use one available on the Internet, like Gmail to Hotmail.

previously i tried to send mails through vb.net code from my same system., it worked fine.
so I am thinking of doing similar job through now php ( wordpress)..
I am glad to know the procedure to make it work on local system..
