Word Press subscribers

Originally my blog was at wordpress.com. About a year ago I moved to wordpress.org hosted by wpengine.com

When I was at wordpress.com (I was only there a short time) I gained 20 subscribers. After my move I received a lot more subscriptions. I just passed 1,496 subscribers. However, my jetpack still only points to the 20 subscribers I had on wordpress.com Is there a way to get it to reflect the actual number of subscriptions I currently have so I don’t have to update it manually, as I am doing now?
