500 – Internal Server Error after WP 4.2.3 update

    Hi,

    I am getting this error when saving or publishing posts in WP after the update to 4.2.3. Everything worked fine with the previous wp version.
    This is what I have tried so far:
    I disabled all the plugins – still get the error
    I have changed the htacces file – still get the error

    Any other ideas? Much appreciated

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if this will do anything; but try going to the permalinks section of the admin panel.

    Take note of the current permalink structure; then change it to something different and save. Now, change it back to what you had before, and save again.

    See if that helps.
