Embed width attribute is not preserved

It seems like ‘Width’ attribute does not affect substitution image size. Also width is not preserved when iframe substitutes it. The same with Height.
I tried that syntaxis:
[embed width=200 height=100]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXAMPLE[/embed]</div>
