Problems posting and editing permalinks

There was no problem yesterday, but today when I tried to post in Bulgarian language, it appeared to be impossible. I can’t edit the permalinks and when I try to post- the post is not actually posted no matter that the system informs me “posted”. Does anybody knows how I can solve this. No problems when text is in English language.
