Overlapping age groups

Great work with the shortcodes, they have made life much much easier!
I’ve been putting the plugin together for a school rankings system however we’ve encountered some issues with the age groups.
We have for example Age 5, Age 6 and Age 7 as different groups but when setting them up as Age 5, I would like to put athletes who are only 5 years old however the site will only accept age gaps of say ‘age 5 to 6’. If I am to do this, it then won’t allow me to set up an age group of Age 6 because they would need to be ‘age 6 to 7’ thus causing an overlap.What would be good was if on the age categories I was able to change from an age range to a specific age. This would then allow me to select a single age for that category. So anybody only ‘5 years old’ would fall in to the Age 5 group and anybody only 6 years old would fall into the Age 6 group.
I hope this makes sense? I really do hope you can implement this feature as it would really improve a fantastic plugin.
