Help! Internal Server Error!

Hello,

I am setting up my blog
http://jamesyeeblog.com/entertain/

But When I tried to access my admin panel
http://www.jamesyeeblog.com/entertain/wp-admin/;
this error occur:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. ….

What happened and how to solve this? appreciate someone can advise me on this.
