WP changes didaapear

I have a site at http://zoes-coffee.net hosted recently on a GoDaddy server. My customer says that any changes they make in the dashboard disappear when saved. I dont have admin access at this time and I am to blame by this customer. It has the Customizer theme. Any ideas?
