When I publish an event the page refreshes and I see a fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/content/l/a/p/lapgrinder123/html/hellobrandy/pranksters/wp-content/plugins/opentickets-community-edition/inc/core/post-type.class.php on line 1245

This only happens when I select a date for the event. If I do not select a date it will publish without an error. Can you please help me?
    Here are my system details:

  • I have the same issue, i have not had a reply on here, but i have contacted them direct and they should be loggin into my site to try and sort…

i’ve tried everything… disabling all plugins, and changing the theme.. allsorts.. nothing works.

hopefully they come up with a fix very soon as i have customers waiting to pay for an event.

    finger crossed.

@cygnes @hellobrandy We looked at your logs and site and it appears there is a bug in 1.11. If you revert to 1.10 this will be solved. Apologies for this, and I’ll make a sticky post.

You will need to delete Community Edition from Plugins (your DB entries will stay) and install 1.10.

The link to download 1.10 is here for you:

I’ll track this thread and make sure this works for you.
