Disable loading on external pages?

I am including WP on an external page using the correct method:

When i remove the plugin all errors go away and rest of the site works fine, is there a way I can stop the plugin from loading on external pages? In fact I only really need it to load when I’m actually on a Gallery page, no need for it to be loaded on every single request.
Any ideas?
