A few theme based problems

Hi, so my site is concept.elementfx.com ignore the temporary domain.

1. Okay so I was wondering how I can change the word ‘Concept’ on the first page to my logo which is in the top left.

2. Also, just below the ‘What I can do’ section is something I’d like to be my portfolio section, is there any way to get the same formatting as the other sections, so it says ‘Portfolio’ and just under it is a dotted line with an arrow in the middle.

3. Is there a way to change the theme into a one page one, so in the top right corner I could have the sections of the site on a nav bar which can be clicked on and takes you to that section.

4. Finally, is there anyway to link the boxes at the bottom of the site, which when pressed take you to my Twitter, YouTube and Email.
