Upgrading YAHOO WordPress

Hello,

I just tried to upgrade my ‘yahoo’ WP to 2.3 and I was almost successful. I have always had the write permission problem and don’t know how to fix that. Anyway, I was almost successful but when trying to actual click on a post took me nowhere… I updated the permalink option, but that didn’t help… does anyone have easy to understand upgrading instructions for yahoo users specific of wordpress??? Really could use the help–has anyone succeeded? My address is wwww.adderworld.com
