Sorry that you are experiencing this problem as it might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Could you try deactivating other plugins and/or changing your theme to see if the issue persist?
I doubt that’s the problem but will try to deactivate other plugins to see if it fixes the issue.
At first the design of the optin form displays normally, like it should, and after I click ‘save’ it disappears, leaving me with some plain version without CSS.
Even if it does conflict with other plugins I don’t want to remove them, especially not my theme, is there any other fix?
Really like the plugin though, especially the designs, a far batter than the other alternatives I’ve came across.
