Possible to add custom strings translation?

    Hi,

    I’d like some strings to be translated when the user use the language switcher, e.g. ‘next post’ to ‘article suivant’.

    Is this possible to add this kind of translations to strings translation and then to echo it in my theme? If so, how should I proceed?
