Available Updates Not Showing

I have 3 WP sites. 2 of them have automatically updated to version 4.2.2, the other one is still on 4.1.1. Looking at the dashboard, it doesn’t show any updates are available. It also doesn’t show that I’m running the latest version. I downloaded Background Update Tester and ran it. It’s compatible up to 4.1.5. Running a report on it says that everything is fine and that WP can be updated automatically. Can anyone tell me what else to check?
