    Hello Magondu,

    It seems your WordPress installation does not JQuery. Kindly advice if you are using the latest version as JQuery is used in alot of WordPress functions

    Thanks for the swift response. I am currently using 3.9.6. From the app details, it seems to be supported

    Hello Magondu,

    Its best to use the latest version of WordPress to avoid security flaws in your website which were all fixed in the latest version. Always keep your WordPress upto date
