That means you haven’t uploaded all the templates from the plugins template directory to your theme’s root directory.
Unless you are using one of our themes, you must perform this step to be able to choose the correct page templates.
Do you have instructions for this? Or just loading in main theme file via FTP?
Right that was my issue I had no idea where to put the templates they wouldn’t just load into the theme. Finally in FTP I drilled all the way to pages.php and it was an easy drag and drop of each template. Did you have the same problem? I can provide more detail if you need. Or are you just a Good Samaritan trying to help me?
Actually I found another thread, it was super easy to upload to wp-content/themes/”your theme” and even worked when using a Child Theme for the site.
Hi guys, the documentation on the ‘Installation’ tab actually mentions that the templates should be taken to the current theme’s root directory. I apologize for any confusion, perhaps we need to bold that part of the install process a bit bigger to stop any further confusion.
