Full backup stuck creating zip file

Hi,

We are having an issue that when we manually run a complete backup it gets stuck indefinitely ‘creating zip archive’. We successfully ran this once at the time the plugin was installed but have been unable to since. The file created then was 105MB so we assume not an issue with size.

Manually running a database only backup works fine. We can cannot use the scheduled backup option as out host does not support cron scheduler – however we are happy manually backing up so this is not a problem. I mention it in case the manual complete backup somehow also uses the scheduler.

Any suggestions?
