How to multiple css files in dashboard editor?

    Hello guys,
    I was just wondering.how to view multiples css files. I have got 3 css files. One is outside the folder and other 2 are in the folder.
    When I open my dashboard editor, i only get one stylesheet which is outside the folder and other 2 are not displayed.
    how can i fixed that?
