    Kento,

I bought the Subscriptio plugin from RightPress in CodeCanyon. I wanted to make a membership site using it in combination with Groups for WooCommerce.

However, it appears they do not communicate. I do not see a way to have a customer removed from a Group when their subscription created by Subscriptio is cancelled or suspended. That option is available in the Groups settings in the WooCommerce product when WooCommerce Subscriptions is active.

So does that mean Subsrcriptio and Groups for WooCommerce are incompatible for creating a membership site? I currently have a ticket with RightPress asking this.

As far as you know, is WooCommmerce Subscriptions the only subscriptions plugin that will work with Groups for Woocommerce to create a membership site?

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

No these don’t work together as far as I know. We already have it integrated with WooCommerce Subscriptions from WooThemes.

    Cheers

OK thanks. I have used the WooCommerce Subscriptions / Groups for WooCommerce set up before. It works fine. WC’s subscriptions extension is just so expensive, though, but it works.

I thought I would try RightPress’s Memberships and Subscrtio plugins, but their membership shortcodes apparently aren’t as thorough as your Group’s plugin shortcodes.

So I switched to Groups and Groups for WooCommerce, but then it appeared (and you have confirmed) that it doesn’t work with Subscriptio to remove customers from groups when their subscription ends or is not paid for.

    Thanks,
    Rob
