How can I add a “previous page” link to the sidebar?

That page provides a way to post links for both next page and previous page, but what if I only want the previous page link?
Just use this <?php posts_nav_link('','','Previous Entries') ?>
<?php posts_nav_link('','','Previous Entries') ?>
