WooCommerce – billing address mixup?

I just came across a very strange issue.
The shop manager added a new order manually in the backend.
At about the same time an order came in by a customer from the frontend.
The frontend order then didn’t contain the correct billing address but somehow the address from the manually created backend order ended up there too.
Does anyone have an explanation about how this could possibly happen? Is this a know bug? Did it happen to anyone else?
