Dynamically modify title tag?? (add_theme_support('title-tag')

    is it possible to modify the title tag using the new add_theme_support('title-tag') method?

    The title tag is not present in the theme files so there must be a function or method to edit it dynamically from plugins and such?

    However I can’t find any information anywhere online.
