Completely STUCK on import!!!

Exported my site from another server, because I need to install everything locally. On my local WP copy I went to import and selected the file. It’s a 2GB file (I paid for the full version BTW) Now its totally stuck on “Unpacking Archive” message.

I need this to work, or I need my money back please. I didn’t pay to have another headache, I wanted a simple solution to backing up, moving and restoring entire WP.
