Flash with XML data

Hello there. I am trying to embed a flash file with external XML data. The flash files seems to be embedded, however,the data from the XML file is nonexistent. I am a little new to wordpress, so any advice/help would be great. By the way this flash movie is a vertical menu that is populated by the XML file.
