Copying/Moving WP Site IIS

    I created a new site (wp.domain.com) and have finished the site and now want to replace (www.domain.com) with the wp site.

    The www site was NOT done in WP.

    I am hosting via my own server using IIS.

    What is the best/proper way to go about this?
