Images displaying full size

I am using the Pro version of your plugin with the Revelance theme. Anytime an image is used, the image displays at the full size of the image, rather than the size specified in the dimensions in the code for that particular page. This occurs on both Mac using Firefox and a PC (not sure which browser). I updated the plugin, but that did not help.
When I deactivate the plugin, my images go back to the size they should be, according to the specifications in the code. I do not know if this is a conflict between the plugin and the theme, but I cannot switch the theme at this point. Do you know of any way to overcome this difficulty?
The site has a coming soon plugin page displaying and is not visible to the public.
