• Members of our team are having an issue with our blog in that on the first visit, nothing loads and it’s just a white screen. This happens logged-in and logged-out, and on different instances of chrome and other browsers.

When you refresh, everything shows up as it should.

I saw that some people had a similar issue if they used a cache plugin, but we don’t one of those.

    Our blog is http://blog.movingworlds.org.

Any idea if this is a global issue for our blog, and how we can fix it?

    Big thanks!

    – Any error message associated with this “white screen”?
    – Check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
    – If the issue is happening very early in the loading, it may not get to WP debug. That’s why the server’s error log would be a better place to look.
    – If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, Enable debugging and post the results.

Hi Tara – Where can I find the server logs? I use BlueHost.
