Error creating a profile

    Hi,

    I have this problem when trying to create a profile: I can not select a country, I click the drop down menu but no countries appear. So I can not save a profile and hence I can not use this plugin.

    Also I can not find the update ebay data buttom. I think there is not such buttom in the last version.???

    I tried it to uninstall the plug in and install it again but without any changes. Indeed even my template weere there when I re installed the whole thing! How can I delete everything?

    It would be nice if someone can tell me how can I fix this bug.

    Hi jf1982,

    On your WordPress dashboard, please go to eBay > Settings > Account and click the “Refresh Details” link and that should solve the issue.

    I think the error was that I had two profiles then I delete the default one and did not make the other one default.

    At the moment I can save profiles but still have another problem related with creating a profile:
    When having a look to the shipping options, it gives me the shipping options of ebay spain. What should I do to get the options from Australia Ebay? The thing is that I started my ebay account in ebay Spain, now I am living in Australia (so my items will be sent from Australia) and I want to list my items in ebay USA.
