Reduce space between header image and navigation menu

Hi there. Try adding this to your child theme stylesheet or custom CSS plugin:

div#logo {
  display: none;
}

Also note that your header image itself seems to have a lot of white space around it for some reason. Here it is on a page with a gray background: http://glui.me/?i=nelkmjvotgklegp/2015-07-09_at_3.55_PM.png/

You’ll need to edit that image to remove the white spacing.
